Before: Results change with whoever measures. Records end up in notebooks and memory.
Now: A 3-second body scan takes the measurements. They stay on the customer record for the next visit.

What Was Said Does Not Disappear

Before: Requests pass through staff notes before they reach the pattern maker. Spoken alterations are not recorded.
Now: Customer and staff choose the style together on a tablet. Staff adjust in shop-floor terms like neck or sleeve length, and the system writes them as production fields.

Try It On Before It Is Cut

Before: You only know if it fits after it is made. If not, it is altered or made again.
Now: The garment is fitted on the customer's 3D body and the fit is confirmed on screen. Production starts after that.
